Easter Morning

The Easter Bunny hid some eggs around are house along with Matthew's Easter basket!

We left the Easter Bunny some crackers and juice!

Our Easter Bunny was messy so hopefully he enjoyed his snacks.

Coloring Easter Eggs

Saturday night, we colored Easter eggs!

 We had to eat a couple too!

 Then he decided that he didn't want me to take any more pictures but I just keep taking them.

We had fun coloring and eating colored eggs.

Our church always does the Easter Lily Cross every year!

It is beautiful and the sanctuary smells wonderful!

Easter Bunny Basket

Sunday morning before church, Matthew found his Easter basket full of fun stuff.

His favorite I think was this:

A Camera!

I don't have any idea why he would like it so much.  Hahaha!

Daddy trying to show him how to use it but I think he took a couple pictures before Scott could even show him.  He also took quite a few pictures in church.  It is fun to see things from his perspective!

Easter

We had a busy Easter weekend!

Saturday we had an Easter Egg hunt at our church along with some fun art projects!

Then Saturday night, we went to my mom's for a little Easter egg hunt and dinner!

This is just some of Mom and Jerry's grandkids.

One of my sisters was not able to make it to mom's for dinner because she had to work so Scott, Matthew and I stopped at their house on the way home to drop off Annabelle's Easter basket from Grandma.

Matthew and Annabelle had a great time playing together.

Coloring Easter Eggs

Matthew had a blast coloring Easter eggs yesterday.

He wanted me to take a picture of his egg!

Easter is the time of year when we have a new beginning.  We celebrate God's handiwork and everything that is living.  So when you see an Easter Egg with its colors shining bright, share that Easter spirit with everyone in sight.

Coloring Easter Eggs

We had a blast with coloring Easter eggs this year!

We had 6 colors! 

We usually have enough of the Easter cups to do all colors but the little man decided one day that he enjoyed playing with them and we are not sure where they all are so we used regular glasses.

Not sure why but Matthew had to lick every egg before he put it in the color!

He also wanted to throw the egg in the cup! 

We had a few cracked ones!

The last few ones he finally put in the cup nicely.

So much concentration!

The cracked ones we got to eat!

It is the only kind of egg that he will eat!

He had 2 of them!

This is Anissa (Adie's mom) who we call Mamma. She was blowing on Matthew's neck and he was just loving it! It was almost putting him to sleep.
