Tonight was Matthew's first time taking a bath in the regular bath tub by himself. I figured that I would try it since he is doing really good with sitting up. We did have a little slip and he got a face full of water, which I feel terrible about. He is always our happy boy.

As you can see Matthew loves bath time.
We just hope he likes swimming as much as he likes baths.

I used to put my boys inside a laundry basket in the big tub. They were always too fat for those tub rings. The laundry basket gave a little bit more protection from hard bumps.
He always look like he's having so much fun.
your son is beautiful! It's funny, I have a picture of my daughter when she was 8 months in the bath tub that looks exactly like the first picture you posted! Same angel and smile on the face :)
