Matthew is not feeling well again.
It started with a few coughs yesterday morning, but he seemed fine otherwise.
He had a really rough nap.
When he woke up, he told me he didn't feel good.
I got him all comfy on the couch with a glass of water and some cartoons so I could clean up all the papers I was trying to organize while he was sleeping.
He didn't want me to do anything but snuggle with him.
I did finish cleaning up real quick and then we snuggled.
About 1/2 to 45 minutes later without warning he puked all over both of us.
When we went to the bathroom to clean up, he looked at me and said I sorry for puking on you Momma. After I got cleaned up and got him out of the shower, he looked much better and kept telling me that he was starving. He was a little mad at me for only letting him eat crackers.
He seemed fine last night except for a fever which he still has this morning.
He was up at about 5:30 this morning. Gave him something for his fever and he fell back to sleep.
He's going to be a sad boy when he wakes up and I tell him that he has to stay home with me since he is sick. He always gets to spend Wednesdays with his Papa and sometimes Gram too. I told last night before he threw up that if he wasn't feeling better that he would have to stay home with me. As he laid on the couch (before he threw up), he kept saying to me, "I feel better now". After he threw up, he said (almost crying) "I still go to Grammie and Papa's tomorrow. I told him we would have to wait to see how he is feeling in the morning. He will be really sad when he wakes up this morning. For me, there will be lots of snuggling my sick boy today.

UGh! I hope he is feeling better and that nobody else gets it! :0) Poor kiddo! I hate it when the kids are sick. They never want to tell us cause they don't want to miss out on anything!
Oh my....I am sorry he doesn't feel good. I wonder what is making him sick? He had the gastroenteritis once before this right?? Does he have a sore throat, or white patches on his throat? If so, he may have strep throat. Bash always puked when he had strep, and that nausea/vomiting is common with that bacteria. If you need anything, let me know. Hugs.
Tammy, I just clicked over here from MckMama's chat, and I am pretty sure that I went to school with your husband. I grew up in Brainerd. Graduated in 96. Trisha Berg.
I'm Joanna (but MckMama's chats go so fast that it is hard to keep up). Yes my husband graduated in 96.
I realized that after I posted. :). Nice to "meet" you!
